I purchased the ladies leather watchband type, with sos talisman. I am 62 years of age. The watchband and talisman is discreet and the watchtype band is narrow and neat. Ideal to wear everyday which is what I wanted. The metal bracelet type would be good for evenings etc so I might get one of those also in the future. If I was younger I would of opted for the velcro canvas type for sports ativities etc. As I have an an allotment I might also invest in a couple of those as well.

My family and friends are aware I have this item, they know it is for my protection and to alert others to my serious condition of being an asthmatic and suffering from acute allergic reaction including anaphylaxis.

The medical proffesion regognise this alert symbol whether it be a bracelet type or necklace. It is easily spotted even if you are unconsious and your medical history etc is contained inside. This makes sure you are not given incorrect treatment i.e. drugs you may be allergic to as in my case.

I bought the talisman as I had an anaphylatic shock episode in december 2008, because of this I was admitted to hospital. The Doctor at A&E suggested I got a talisman and wore it on my wrist. The information contained on the strip inside would inform anyone at A&E etc that I am allergic to any form of pain relief drugs even if I am unconsious and also the fact that I am asthmatic. I now feel much safer knowing I won't be given any drugs that I am allergic to and that staff are aware of my allergies. Also my emergency contacts and doctor are listed on the strip this is also a very good idea.

I've purchased a bracelet with a sport wristband, the band is brilliant, easy to get on and off; the SOS talisman part looks very good on a wristband. I feel that my details are readily available to a medical professional if I was unable to tell them that I am hydrocortisone dependant.

It gives you peace of mind, that you would get treatment if unconscious and I have shown 2 people at work who are in a similar situation to myself.

I feel it is a better and cheaper alternative to having just a wristband with the phone number of a company who keep all your details, and who charge an annual fee.

I am a diabetic, I also suffer with sleep apnea and clinical depression. If anything should happen to me I feel it is important that the medical profession be made aware of what medication I take. It is also useful as it has my personal contact details.
I feel safer nowing that it is there if needed.

During the first years of being diagonosed Diabetic type 1 I bought a SOS Talisman to hold my medical history. I used to do a lot of out door pursuits and needed the security of what the Talisman offered especially as it was waterproof, so I could wear it even when out in a Canoe.
Then over the years forgot about it until recently when I was diagonosed with Complications caused by my Diabetes, Having bought the replacement information strips and new water seal I now am the proud wearer once again and feel much more relaxed when out Knowing that if I am rendered unconcious my SOS Talisman will alert any Medics trying to assist me.
Thank you for being there after all these years.

I have been a diabetic for ten years, I got my first SOS bracelet then, I have just brought an SOS necklace so that I have a choice.
I would never go out without it. When I wear it I feel safe I know that if I needed it I would get the right medical treatment !
Thanks SOS

I teach first aid and use mine to make the studend aware of the importance of finding prior medical conditions of the casualty

My talisman was bought for me 50 years ago after a motorcycle accident, I then became aware of the importance of haveing some prior personnal/medical imformation ready at hand. Blood group, next of kin. As time goes by I just seem to be adding more imformation to it. I never take it off.

First I had the braclet bought for me and I was so delighted with it I sent off for the necklace.I have been delighted with both items, and the speed at which they both arrived.
The first one was ordered just after christmas and arrived the next post after new year.I must say well done to all the staff and thank you so much for the workmanship of both items, they are really lovely.

I had my first one bought for me because i have had breast cancer and had the op and my limph nodes removed and cannot have any tretment on my right arm because I might get lymphoedma which is very pain full,I have had i twice and have to carry a card every where I go but if you don't know me you would not know not to use my right arm not even to do my BP monitoring or blood sampling also I cannot have peniciln.BUT Now I have both the braclet and necklace I feel much better and so much safer.I never take them off bucause I live on my own and you never know what might happen.I have a warden at my bunglow and they all know that to do.Thank you for making me feel safer.

Best wishes to all and well done.

I have been wearing the SOS Talisman necklace for about 4 years and my co-workers know about it and are amazed by its beauty and function.

I get many compliments from our customers about my locket. When I explain that it is actually a medical alert device they are amazed. I have had many customers request the information for friends and family and I gladly provide it.

I have actually combined two. I use the goldtone back with the St. Christopher medal on it and I use the stainless steel front. I vary the chain from time to time between gold short & long chain and a long sterling silver chain.

I have gone one step further and inserted a picture of my husband who is deceased now. It is comforting that he is always next to my heart.

I purchased the Talisman bracelet having seen it advertised on the internet.I think its a vital accessory for everyone, whether or not one has a particular health problem . It would so help any authority in the case of whatever emergency. It just makes sense.

I was diagnosed with a Congenital heart block, meaning I was born with it. I had no idea and have been a professional dancer my whole life. I have an extremely low resting heart rate and active one for that matter, but am perfectly fine. This ailment has generally no syptems It was only discovered when I went for my first Colonoscopy, where it showed up on their monitor.

To be safe I now wear my bracelet as I would not want in any future emergency for a paramedic for example to try jump starting my heart, being worried about the slow rate. Likewise and very important, ones blood group. Mine is A-Negative. Not so common.

My family is aware of my Talisman and so are my neighbours. Now as a dance teacher and working in a fitness facility, I also let my students and fitness instructors know. For International travel its a MUST.

It is light on my wrist and very attractive. It looks like another good piece of jewelry and goes with everything. Casual or dressy. It is equally as important as my passport when I travel, and my best friend and comfort while home.

I have shown it to my neighbour who is an ER nurse at a very busy hospital in Los Angeles, and we have further recommendations. I can certainly recommend it to different companies in the health industry.

I have had a braclet version for some 10 years, but becuase of my work, it was in my pocket most of the time, so I now have a necklace and have up graded my information.

For someone like myself, who has a serious alergy and is on a medication that a doctor/ambulance would need, the information is on hand if I was unable to respond

I purchased a medical bracelet because I have 3 autoimmune conditions and take quite a lot of medication. If I was knocked unconscious or hurt, I would like medics to know that there were already painkillers in my system and I would like them to know that there is medication I take daily. I realise most people who purchase the talisman have life threatening conditions and I don't have, but it gives me peace of mind, as I would hate to be 'overdosed' by mistake.

I feel that the talisman is just like a piece of jewellery. In fact I bought a pendant/necklace first and went on to buy a bracelet. I don't wear them both together but if I want to wear a different necklace - I now have the bracelet for peace of mind.

I purchased a silver SOS Talisman bracelet 5yrs ago and recently bought another one on line with the extra information strips.

I purchased a silver SOS bracelet just over 5 yrs ago because I'd had an operation for breast cancer and the surgeon had removed my Lyph nodes in my left arm. I had to be very careful with my arm, not to burn it, cut it deeply, and try to prevent Bee or Wasp stings. Any of these could result in Lyphodema, swelling of the arm, which I believe is vey hard to get rid of. The other thing I was told was Never to have and injection or have my Blood pressure taken with that arm as this could have the same effect.

My bracelet has been worn every day since then just in case of an accident and me being left unconcious. I recently bought myself another one as the old one was getting a little worse for wear.
Also I have an allergy to elastoplast and penicilin.

I bought my SOS Talisman bracelet because I was scared of going out and anything happening to me and not being able to tell anyone about what NOT to be done with my arm if I was taken to Hospital after an accident.

Wearing my braclet gave me so much confidence that soon after my operation I was back to normal and by wearing it every day I felt a sense of security.

I actually picked up on in the waiting room in the Hospital,I wrote the information down and I've never looked back since.

Also all the items you can buy are such lovely pieces of jewelry in themselves, they are a pleasure to wear. Bye the way I am 63yrs.
I ordered mine on line this last time and received it in 2 days, wow, now dosen't that tell you something!

My main reason for having the SOS Talisman (my daughter actually bought it as a present for me) was after I had a Cochlear Implant operation due to my deafness. In the event of a severe accident I should not be put through a scanner (because of the Implant in my head) and the emergency services need to be aware of this - so my SOS Talisman gives me re-assurance.

The first SOS Talisman I had was a bracelet, I then replaced it with one to be worn around the neck, this is the first place medics and Doctors look.

WhoeElseKNowsAboutSOSTalisman: All my family and friends know that I wear it and what I wear it for.
They know that I wear it because of all the problems that I have.

I bought my SOS Talisman because of the amount of problems I have, any wrong movement could leave me completely paralyzed or dead. I have no problems about wearing it, half of the time I don't know it's there.

I have several allergies to medication and some foods and I have suffered an anaphylactic shock, which was very frightening and necessitated a two day hospital stay. My SOS Talisman bracelet contains very important information which may save my life if I amtaken ill or found collapsed. It explains what my medical problems are and where my Epipen can be found in an emergency.

John Schulman, Bradford MA said...

Only my wife and my friends in my martial arts classes know about it because they know about my medical particulars. My wife, who saved my life, later recommended I get a medical bracelet or necklace. I did the searching online. The SOS Talisman was the best choice for me, hands down.

I like wearing it, especially with the silver chain, not to mention feeling secure in the event of a medical emergency. It is critical that medical information be instantly and readily available.

As we support vulnerable adults it is something we are aware of; however, purchasing in the past has been slow. I found your site simple and easy to use and the service has been very good.

I purchased for a gentleman who has dementia and has begun to "get confused" when out and about; he has found it easy to wear and has not found it intrusive

R Andrew, Manchester said...

I've put the card up on the notice board at my GPs surgery. Staff said that they welcomed such information.

I wanted to keep myself safe. I wanted to let people know information about me if there was an accident.

I feel fine about wearing it. Good quality and none intrusive. Just a piece of jewelry that could help save my life.

I have purchased four bracelets for my children and I have also purchased a watch for my mum.

I brought the bracelet because I was told that I should wear something to alert people to my allergies and my medical conditions. Being extremely ill for the last few months, it has been an invaluable item and has helped me to alert the medical personnel to my allergies.

I also followed the advice of producing a paper form - this is also an asset. Although some people thing it weird, the doctors are able to deal with me quicker as a result.

We purchased an S.O.S. talisman for our grandson as he is diabetic. He is a keen sportsman, but like all growing lads, he likes to go off with his mates. He is only a young lad, yet he is very responsible, and manages his diabetes very carefully. The talisman is for the times when perhaps he may become unwell but not be able to communicate his "problem" to someone trying to help him.To encourage him to wear his necklace, we had a footballer symbol put on the reverse of the capsule.

The talisman is a potential life saver, it doesn't need to speak a language, and yet can save a life anywhere in the world. It is something that deserves a far higher profile, and needs G.P. surgeries and hospitals to encourage greater useage.

We want to see our grandson grow to be a fit and healthy young man, we see the talisman as an investment for his future. A small price to pay for a big return.

About 23 years ago I bought a SOS Talisman bracelet, because of health problems and because I could carry all necessary important personal information with me at all times, which with a small baby and visits abroad, health and personal identification details were such a help when our whole family passports were stolen. I initally chose talisman bracelet because of the ease of changing and updating new information, it was easy to wear and looks very smart, the final deciding factor was the excellent service I have received from them over the years, Wonderful, thankyou very much.

It is easy to use, fully updateable, and you do not have to pay extortinate fees. All information is imediately available to emergency services, and is available for most languages.

Because of various bad health problelms I have, which have worsened over the years, I have been able to keep my info up to date, and have always liked the style of my bracelet, which has a st christopher on one side and the internartional sos sign on the other. I have started using insulin and feel confident that my bracelet meets the law requiring me as a driver that required me to identify my use of insulin.
My bracelet makes me feel safe and I feel protected from lifethreatening problems.

I purchased the zodiac SOS Talisman necklace, information forms and pen as a Christmas present for my Mum

The SOS Talisman has been a great friend to my Mum, she feels that others will know how to help her should any thing happen to her especially if other members of her family are not with her when she may need medical help.

The necklace was purchased as a present to replace one which had been worn faithfully for the past 30 plus years. My Mum recently had a mini stroke and she feels more aware of her need to wear the necklace now.

I had been very reluctant to leave home unaccompanied as I am a diabetic with the added problem of being 'hypoglycaemic unaware'. This means my blood sugar level will drop like a stone without any warning resulting in (amongst other problems)suddenly fainting. I was encouraged to get the SOS bracelet and now I feel more confident at being out and about on my own as my condition is easily discovered because the bracelet is universally recognised.

It gives you total freedom and peace of mind to know your medical history is permanently on your person in an instantly recognisable capsule on your person, as a necklace or bracelet. thus making it easier for the correct medical help being administered to you.

My daughter recommended it to me as she was worried about me collapsing outside my home and no-one knowing how to help me. She is a Surgical Practitioner and knew about these talismans through her hospital, and friends. Wearing the bracelet has increasd my confidence to go out shopping and travelling on my own. I consider it my friend and ally and wouldn't dream of leaving home without it.

SOS mens talisman necklace. As described and nice piece of jewellery. Not too big which is good because my father wouldn't want a large medallion!!! I have had a SOS Talisman bracelet for eight years and I NEVER go out without wearing it. It makes me feel safe. I have now bought a bracelet for my Lady so she will feel safe. Although our medical conditions are different we are both aware that time is of the essence should there be a medical emergency. The SOS Talisman bracelet is the quickest and easiest way to tell others our medical details when we cannot. It is also the easiest to update should details change.

I purchased 2 in about 1990 1 for me and 1 for my wife both with zodiac signs on them, Lots of people notice it because of the screw on back and that is a conversation starter on its own, then when you unscrew it there amazed how much information is on the slip of paper, Back then I was healthy and there was limited information on the slip blood group, religion etc. but in 2003 I had cancer so now I have a lot more information on, the sort of radio active therapy I have had and the amount of thyroxin I am on each day etc, All very use full stuff if any thing happened out there in this ever busier world.

I have just purchased 1 for a friend for Christmas he does a lot of travelling with his jobs, he is a type 2 diabetic so the information is absolutely necessary in case of an accident.

I bought my sos talisman as I am a disabled man suffering with (muscular dystrophy). I know that when I am on my own, I can fall and seriously injure myself.
now I am wearing my sos talisman, I now know that if anything like the above happens.
I know that the talisman will hold all my impotant details, for people to look up for family members and addresses.
never look in your life thay you don't need a sos talisman. I recommend everyone needs one.

I've had the bracelet for a long time now and I think it's great as I live alone and if anything happens to me when I'm out this alerts people not only to my medical conditions but tells them I have a pet at home with nobody to look after it. I also state I'm happy to donate organs after death.

I bought it as I have several medical conditions and am on a lot of medications and if anything happened to me when out and I couldn't speak someone would find it. I have peace of mind too knowing that somebody would hopefully see to my cat and there would be no problems over organ donation.

I have purchased two bracelets, one stainless for everyday wear and one gold plated for the night out, this means I look smart but still safe in the knowledge that should anything happen all the information needed by the medics is at my wrist.

I bought into this product mainly because of the fact that it is a one time payment. I had worn other types but got fed up with the constant request for money. One main benefit is the fact that you carry all the information needed for on the spot treatment, no waiting for phone calls to a call center to access your details, time that could save your life.

I will download your poster as I work for a local Community Support Charity where we sign post to these sort of products.

Having recently suffered a major heart attack I purchased a stainless steel Talisman necklace. I have been very satisfied with the service received and quality of the talisman but feel the chain could be of a better quality, having had the joining link straighten out causing the talisman to drop off. This has now been repaired but still has the chance of straightening.Because of this I am always aware of checking the talisman is still with me.
Are the links on the silver chains any stronger?

medical-bracelets.co.uk said...

In reply to G Vickers: Both chains feature a bolt ring system, which over the years has proven to be very robust. The Talisman capsule is contructed to be able to accomodate just about any chain, so there would be no problem if you wanted to replace the current chain with a different one from your local jeweller.
Please also remember that all products come with a full guarantee - just return it to the store from you bought it with your receipt.

The quality of the product was excellent. Would have been happier if the face was larger for this style, so it looked more like the size of a man's watch face. I presume this was done for consistency of talisman sizes across the ranges. A larger face would also mean being able to fit in a large strip, however.
I bought this product for my son who has Diabetes. It is a great comfort to know that, if something were to happen to him, his relevant medical info and also our contact info was available and on-hand to anyone undertaking his care.

I have type 1 diabetes so am at risk of hypoglycaemia, if I lost consciousness it would be important that I had medical ID on me - I have a card but it doesn't give enough detail.

I feel safer knowing that my details are on my wrist so people can get to them easily if they need to.

I don't like constantly being reminded of my diabetes, so I don't wear the bracelet unless I'm alone or out drinking when I wouldn't be able to recognise hypo symptoms as well as usual.

One week after starting to wear the talisman I suffered a heart attack, initially the hospital was unsure what the talisman was, they thought it was simply jewelry, but just a few words from me informed them. The reaction was "what a brilliant idea", all the medical information they needed was available. The consultant took the slip away to show colleagues and later on four medical students came to see it because, apparently, they had been told about it by one of the doctors.

Having been diagnosed with a serious medical condition and prescribed a number of drugs, some of which can not be stopped and others that would have a serious reaction with other common medications I was concerned that I would not remember all the different drugs, initially I carried a copy of my medication prescription but this was just a folded piece of paper in my wallet and was not obvious. I was told about the Talisman by my employers medical team, looked at the website, was impressed so bought one.

It's an absolute must to draw attention to medical conditions or allergies that Medics need to be aware of in an emergency.
My son is about to leave on a skiing holiday.
Should an accident happen then medics need to be aware of his allergy to morphine.
The Talisman gives a degree of confidence that appropriate treatment will be given in an emergency and that account will be taken of existing mediacal conditions and allergies. This could save valuable time and prevent matters being made worse by inappropriate treatment.

I have told all my friends about my sos talisman bracelet, what it is and why I am wearing it. The majority of them know about the talisman bracelet but those who didn't had it explained to them.
It gives you peace of mind. If I have an allergic attack or a diabetic hypo then I know that anyone can get me help quickly just by looking at my bracelet. This gives me confidence to lead as normal a life as possible.
I bought my sos talisman bracelet because, at the age of 68 years, I had my first allergic reaction to nuts. I had to be admitted to hospital and I decided that I needed something to notify people in future that I suffered from this allergy. I now carry an epipen and this, along with the information on my sos talisman, makes me feel more secure and confident when i go out. Thank you very much.

I purchsed the Solid Silver Talisman Bracelet, it is lovely to wear not a bulky as the Gold Plated one. It feels more feminine. Its just lovely I am really pleased with it.
My family, friends and work collegues are all aware of my Talisman, I am diabetic and I also have a Kidney problem and ashma. I made them aware of the Talisman and how important it is to me and others around me in the event of an accident. (hopefully that never happens).
I would tell them how good the Talisman is and what a variety of products you have to cater for all people. It is great that you can fit all that medical information into one little space and keep it on your person in a convenient way that is not just fashionable but looks good. I invested in Talisman and I feel at piece that the information that would be needed in an emergency situation is there which could save my life. Life is the most precious thing to have.
I didnt know you could download posters. I will be doing this as soon as I have finished this servey and passing onto my Doctor. I read all the posters in the surgery this is a great idea to promote the SOS Talisman.
I bought the Silver bracelet because it is more feminine than the standard Gold Plated and Stainless Steal. I feel great wearing it, it looks good I have had coments on what a lovely bracelt it is then I tell them what and how important this is to me.

I purcahsed a bracelet type sos talisman for my 12 year old Daughter. It arrived very quickly and is of excellent quality. It was a bit big, but a local jewller altered it easily, free of charge.

I bought the bracelet as my Daughter has recently been diagnosed as being Type 1(insulin dependent) diabetic

When she wears the bracelet I have peace of mind. If she does become unwell whilst out in public, it is clear that she is wearing the talisman and all the relevant information is contained inside.

It is impotrtant that she leads a normal life. She loves to play sport and go out with her friends.
Yes, everybody who knows her well is aware of her condition, but this gives us both that extra reasurrance, that she will receive the correct treatment as soon as possible, which could ultimatly save her life.

The medical bracelet was of very good quality - Excellent.............
I have recently had DVT and was advised that I would require to use warfarin for the rest of my life. I looked at other items but most of them incurred yearly charges to be registered and of course in the event of me being unable for any reason to communicate then delays could occur in locating/retrieving the required information. With the SOS Talisman all the required information is to hand immediatly. The delivery time was excellant and I was most surprised that the Company actually take time to communicate with you ensuring you (the customer) are satisfied with the product and give you good advice re the SOS Talisman - advice that possibly I would not have thought of. In this day and age its a breathe of fresh air to deal with a Company like this - most suppliers take the money - send you the product and forget you - not SOS Talisman.

Many companies and businesses could learn from you Customer Relations

I recently purchased an SOS Talisman Necklace. I felt this was the best option as I do not wear much jewellery such as watches or bracelets and it was good to see other options available.
I was particularly pleased to see the various designs offered and I chose the horse and horseshoe as I have a passion for horses and thought the design was really nice. It keeps together all the important information which could help me in an emergency and it gives me a sense of safety knowing that information is easily accessable if needed.
I bought the SOS Talisman as I found out on a recent visit to the doctors I was allergic to some antibiotics. The doctor recommended I carried a note of the groups of antibiotics I couldn't take and my husband suggested a Talisman as I am prone to losing bits of paper and this keeps everything safe and in one place.
I don't like wearing bracelets or watches so the necklace was the ideal solution - and as I love my horses - the horse design was the obvious choice. I like the necklace as it doesn't look too obvious but I know its there in an emergency.

Originally I purchased 2 necklets. After an incident when my Autistic Uncle was taken to hospital after a fall and sent home alone despite the fact he could not tell them his doctor or to contact me. They had judged him by the fact he smelt of drink at christmas. He did not tell me about the incident until the carer saw the bruise over his eye.

These did the job and both relatives were able to wear in bath and shower. The extra labels were needed as medical needs had altered. A problem developed when the chain kept breaking due to being yanked over head by heavy handed Uncle. He kept taking it off when going to bed and forgeting to put it on. A longer chain of 30in would be more suitable.

Recently we decided to try the watch version and found this more suitable because he is autistic and his interest in watches ensures he wears it all the time now.

The service has always beeen very prompt and I have been pleased with the quality.

I have peace of mind now, knowing that someone can use the information to contact me quickly.

I have just brought the silver necklace, after having the metal bracelet for some years, and only wore it when travelling. The necklace I can wear anywhere, anytime as it is neat, and just looks like any other piece of jewellery. I am a diabetic and have had the condition for 44 years, so I now know if anything happens, while I am on my own, people will look for the recognised Talisman.

I bought a ladies silver talisman SOS bracelet, pen & spare concertina strips.
I purchased, upon the advise of my consultant, one of your SOS ladies bracelets because of a life threatening condition brought on by anti-inflammatory drugs due to a Hyper-Sensitive Liver - I was prescribed this medication as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis.
My bracelet contains all the relevant info required in an emergency. I feel more at ease wearing my bracelet as I have pondered the thought, if anything were to happen to me, more often than not, I would be prescribed some kind of anti-inflammatory drug, supposing I was in involved in a eg: car accident & found unconscious obviously I would be unable to let them know!

I bought the pendant this time as sometimes the bracelet doesn't go with a different piece of jewellery i might want to wear, so now i can mix and match, and maintain the piece of mind of having all my details upon my person, should an emergency arise.

I bought a watch strap type SOS bracelet many years ago since I have COPD and allergy to some antibiotics. Because of the many and various medications that have changed over the years I realised I needed more insertion strips to do an update. I also bought a new inner seal and clip since the ones I have came with my original order. Since we had changed cars I also got a new yellow talisman aware sticker which is on the dashboard so 'heaven forbid' if I had an accident a rescuer would be made aware immediately.

My compliments on the Medical Information sheet to complete and download from your website - I now carry extra information in my handbag.

I am at present attending a COPD class and have taken the Talisman information to the physio for passing onto future patients.

A very assured customer

I purchased the men's bracelet SOS Talisman following heart surgery to ensure, were I found unconscious or injured in an accident, that medics were alerted to the fact that I was on warfarin, and that I had an allergic condition.

Now when I travel, especially on my own, I feel confident that medics/doctors will be aware of my medical circumstances through the record carried in the internationally recognisable SOS bracelet. As a result I would certainly recommend one to anyone else.

The only snags that I have found with the bracelet so far are that it is much bigger than my wrist and catches on projections (although this will be better once I find a way of removing 2 or 3 links); and that the cap works loose of its own accord - I have already had to replace one - and I wonder how really waterproof my bracelet can be.

Despite these drawbacks I am pleased to have mine and have much greater peace of mind about travel and medical treatment in case of an accident, whether here or abroad.

It was a bit of a shock two weeks ago, to find out that I had Diabetes 2. But with the support of my family, my Doctor & practice Nurse Jackie, I soon discovered that life was still for living!!!

I had looked at SOS Talismans before, as I am allergic to several drugs, but did not like the idea of a necklace or bracelet.

This time I knew that I needed to have something.

So when I discovered that the SOS Talisman came in a watch style format, I felt that I could cope with that!

We sent for one via the internet, and it arrived 3 days later. We also ordered spare information strips and the pen.

Within a few minutes of arriving, all my information had been added and safely stored in the Talisman, and I have been wearing it ever since!

Infact I hardly give it a second thought!

I can highly recommend this purchase, and my family are happy in the knowledge that not only are my medical details available, but also my emergency contact details too!

I bought the SOS talisman necklace because I now have a pacemaker and also asthms.I feel safer because I am wearing it It is good value for money and the speed of delivery was excellent. My only comment is that I think maybe an extra strip that you fill in would be useful if not necessary for 2 reasons, making a mistake or if situations changes and maybe the chain should be shorter and sturdier for safety reasons.

I purchased the zodiac necklace. I am 26 years old and suffer kidney problems. I am steroid dependant and take many other medications. Being young the zodiac necklace was ideal as is looks like a normal stylish necklace. The chain is fairly long so the necklace can also be easily hidden.
I feel safer wearing the necklace and knowing that if anything happened people will no exactly what medication i am on and my medical history.
I searched around and the talisman was the best deal and holds the most information that would be needed in an emergency. The delivery was very quick and efficient.
I have had some great comments about my necklace and would definately reccommend the SOS talisman.

I purchased some card inserts for my SOS talisman.

I am 41 and have worn a talisman since I was 15. I have had two of them in this time. Both bracelets; the first one was stainless steel and the second, silver.

Such is my disability, I probably wouldn't be alive today were it not for the fact that I wear an SOS talisman.

In my opinion, the inserts are just as, if not more, important than the talisman.

I purchased both a gold plated and stainless steel talisman so I can change depending on other jewellery. The insert means I can update medication and other relevant information easily rather than an engraved version. Was tempted to get watch strap style but still need a watch so thought better with bracelet but might buy one later.
Having just recently undergone heart surgery and prescribed warfarin I was given all these emergency cards to carry. This is alright if you constantly carry a wallet or purse but I realised when out walking I had no information on me at all should something happen. The talisman gives me extra security as it is with me at all times wherever I am.

I purchased a SOS Talisman stainless steel pendant and necklace, because I am a diabetic on insulin which needs to be changed I also purchased the pack of 5 information strips. This idea of medical identification is ideal for me. For me it would have been better to have a choice of necklace sizes so I could have just popped it over my head. I have recently retired and taken up motorcycling again so again this form of identification is ideal.

Following an acut asthma attack,I decided I would purchase a medical alert braclet or pendant to help boost my confidence should it happen again. I looked carefully at several different products on the internet, before making a final decision with my husband on what would be the best for my particular needs. I decided on a stainless steel bracelet,as I thought apendant might tangle with other pendants that I wear. I thought the bracelet looked very strong, value for money and looked good. The main thing that persauded me to buy an SOS talisman was that any details were instantly available, saving precious time in an emergency. As the bracelt is waterproof I can wear it all the time, I never have to take it off, incase I forget to put it back on. I know that my both husband and sons can be contacted straight away. As information can updated, as required, I know I will be safe as possible should I need help, even if I can not talk. Also as the bracelet has the SOS symbol on one side and the international snake on a pole symbol on the other, I know that wherever I might be in the world, it will be immediately recognised by both medical staff and the public. This braclet has boosted my confidence and help give both my family and myself peace of mind.

I purchased three sos talismans. One each for my mother-in-law and husband who are both diabetic and one for myself because I need to take a certain medication which would have severe repercussions if I were to damage myself, also I am asthmatic.

the speed in which the above items were delivered was exceptional, I ordered them at midday and they were with me early am next morning, no-one could ask for better, no room for improvement there.

The type I bought were the metal ones, if I was to comment on this it would be that the connection link from bracelt to talisman is not well joined together my husband had to pinch all three in order to keep them safe and that they would not snag on clothes etc and lost for ever, my reason for saying this is not so much a critism as this can quickly be remedy my husbands has to go to the shop as his could not be joined together so well and it caught on his sweater and the link needs to be replaced.

All in all it was a good buy for the money and would purchase further items should this be required.

I am epileptic and so originally I bought an SOS Talisman so that medics would be provided with my medicine regime - after a fit I am confused and unable to do this - also stating allergies and contact names. Having tried an engraved identity bracelet the Talisman is much clearer to read and holds more information.

Consequently I find I feel safe at all times. I am 48 and find that the Velcro straps hold it neatly and discretely to my wrist and are easy to take on and off when necessary.

On this occasion I bought two additional Velcro straps because I have just had a Vagal nerve stimulator implanted in my neck, which is very like a pace-maker but triggers an impulse via the Vagal nerve into my brain at regular intervals, hopefully easing my fit pattern.

I have to carry a magnet on my wrist at all times which will provide an extra boost to trigger the stimulator in an emergency and I wanted to add this to the strap of the SOS Talisman band saving me having Velcro straps all up my wrist!

The width of the strap is perfect for the magnet - better, in fact, then the one provided with it, and is strong enough to take the weight both of the magnet and the Talisman. My only sadness was that you seem to have stopped selling the blue ones.

Thank you though, for providing me with a lot of peace of mind.

I purchased the stainless steel necklace version, for all the usual reasons. Both the info pod and chain are very robust, but I must say that I am dissappointed by the poor quality of the chain clasp. When raising this with customer services, I was told that this is 'standard'. I have now replaced the clasp with another bought from a local jeweller. I would suggest that the design of the clasp itself and its method of attachment to the chain is improved, so that one can wear the necklace with confidence, knowing that it will not fall off. I participate in extreme sports and this is therefore a major concern.

The bracelet arrived very quickly and customer service was fantastic. Quality was excellent. Unfortunately, I have a large wrist and the band was too small. I am a man aged 61 years and have recently been implanted with a "double-chamber"heart pacemaker.I decided to purchase a SOS Talisman stainless steel bracelet to wear at all times because, after having the pacemaker implanted I wanted any future health professionals and indeed even the passerby in the street who may come to my aid in the likelyhood of me needing medical attention,I could feel confident that once having gained access to the stored information, especially the facts concerning my pacemaker, such as make and settings and importantly my blood type, the necessary steps could be taken to ensure that I received the correct medical assistance.

I purchased the ladies' bracelet a year ago. My optician was constantly pointing out to me that my severe myopia puts me at risk of detached retina if I get a bang on the head, and that an A&E department should know this.

I bought my SOS Talisman from this site. I was really pleased with the efficiency of the service. Since then I had to return my bracelet because the catch became faulty. It was repaired and returned to me under warranty. I have also bought extra paper strips. These arrived promptly.

Apart from the risk of detached retina, I feel more confident wearing my SOS Talisman. I live alone. My next-of-kin is a cousin who lives 30 miles away; my neighbours don't even know who she is. I now know that if something were to happen me the hospital would be able to contact my cousin.

I would really recommend the SOS Talisman to anyone with a medical condition, and to anyone who lives alone and feels they could be days unconscious in hospital before anyone know who they were.

We bought two SOS Gold plated bracelets, One gents ST32 @£46.81 plus VAT, One Ladies ST30 @£40.85 plus VAT on the 2 June 2009.
Comments:
1 The lenght of the bracelets, to long and no obvious means of shortening them.
2 The language used on the strip differred in outlay and content.
3 on the Gents I had to guess I was adding the correct detail as the English was very poor.
3 The ladies bracelet started to tarnish within 2 weeks.
4 Noted on the guarantee card supplied this is not covered by the guarantee. This I feel is poor customer relations. Taking into account the price of the brace it would suggest poor gold plating.
With these comments in mind I dont think we would purchase this type of bracelet again, as it would now appear we have wasted money on the Ladies bracelet.

This makes me feel secure when wearing it as I know that, should I be unable to communicate, the talisman contains all my details including any medication I need and this could save my life. I made my purchase online which was quick and easy and I receiced my order within two days. I would recommend your company to anyone and love wearing my bracelet - it makes me feel special. I bought the ladies leather sos talisman. I have an allergy to a paticular strong painkiller and was concerned that I might inadvertantly be given it.
Now that i have the talisman I feel a lot happier.
I was very pleased at how fast I got delivery of it.My family know that I have as I wear it all the time.I even wear it when I go swimming, it gives me total peace of mind

I had a kidney transplant a year ago and with all the drugs that I take, I thought it would be wise (and useful) to be able to inform medical staff in the case of emergency. The info can also be updated as and when, unlike other types, which are engraved with very brief details.

I bought a Gents leather watchband type, which is perfect as it contains all the relevant information. I prefer this type because it can be easily removed when at home and it looks smart. Oddly though, some people think I am wearing 2 watches, which is a topic of conversation!

I have been aware of the SOS Talisman 'type' bracelet. I am not sure what I saw was a Talisman or newer ones as technology improved. Regardless, I got the bracelet I wanted - a stainless steal.

My reason for getting the bracelet is to identify my recent diagnosis with Type 2 Diabetes. I should have had one sooner as I am also a paraplegic. I have had no emergency, thankfully, to need the information in the bracelet.

When the envelope arrived, I looked through it and pleased to find everything in it's original places. The bracelet is larger but expected. I especially like the double lock. I do have a couple of things I found difficult with the strips and the pen.

I thought the strips would be longer. I saw on one website where the strip was 12 sections instead of 5. May not be the real thing. Filling out the information on the strip provided there is no identified place for current medications. I take nine. I got them on the info strip but they are rather messy. That information in the bracelet is one of the primary reasons for getting it. In an emergency situation current meds. could be life or death in an emergeency.

I expected a pen with a very fine point so more information could be put on the strip. I could have gone to the store and purchased the one I received. I could also have puchased one with a finer point.

Not enough room for "Please notify." I was surprised diagnoses were listed on the back. I just did not have enough space to complete some information and had two inches of white space in other areas.

I would ask, if possible, the strip be longer for more details. I will wear the bracelet and fell safer for doing so. I haven't worn it long enough for it to be seen by others for feedback. I haven't decided whether to have a link or two removed. Thank you for the option.

Thanks also for making the bracelet. It will be a life-saver for some. Maybe me. The above are items I found problematic. I mentioned them in hopes you can make changes on future bracelets. It is not my intention to be negative toward SOS. I only mentioned specific areas I found difficult for my personal use.

I think the bracelet is a very good value for my money and the quality seems to be made to last while remaining attractive over time.

I would recommend purchasing a SOS to others, hopefully, because they saw mine and wanted to know the advantages of getting an SOS and where to purchase it.

I bought my bracelet as I have 2 anuysms in my head. One has been treated but still needs to be checked, the other is too deep to treat at the moment.

My family now feel safer and more secure for me. If I was to become unconscious then to know that I wear the talisman I can be checked straight away to ensure that the anurysm has not burst.

The service was excellent and would definately recommend this company to anyone contemplating getting an SOS talisman

I purchased the mens sterling silver bracelet.
I have a heart condition so needed something that would alert others of my personal and medical details in case I was not able to.
This is a perfect solution as it's well known to the emergency services and can save valuable time in getting appropriate safe treatment and having my relatives contacted promptly.
It also gives me peace of mind.
It's elegant, practical and fuctional without looking feminine
and I get lots of people commenting on it.

I have been wearing my Talisman necklace since 1995,& the chain lasted for a good number of years. when it did finally give out, I have had no end of problems with other chains I bought. So I was more than happy to find a new one on you're website. Not only is it a great price, but it feels very good quality. Thanks.

I purchased a talisman necklace before going on a trip
to Australia and New Zealand, I am 69 years of age and as I am a Diabetic I decided that I required some form of container for my medical information. I find that the sos talisman necklace is ideal, it looks good yet is obvious to any medical professional. It contains all the information to enable treatment for my condition if I am unable to tell them myself.
It was very easy to order on the website, the price is reasonable and the service and delivery was prompt

I purchased a stainless bracelet.
I have allergies and take warfarin. The immediate information available to both first aiders and the medical profession is invaluable. It gives me a feeling of confidence. The bracelet is comfortable to wear and easy for anyone to see. If there is a negative comment it would be that the talisman could be slightly bigger to pack the information in. I was very impressed with the service especially as the company had been closed for holidays I received the bracelet within two days. It was a very user friendly site to order from. Thank you

I decided to purchase an SOS Talisman as my medication is getting rather complicated and did not want to trust to chance when traveling, that if an unfortunate was to occur, i would be ok with the medics. After purchasing one (mans stainless steel bracelet) i found it to be too tight on my wrist. I contacted this company but was told that they could not do anything about it. So, i have the above that i cannot use. Very disappointed !!!

I bought the solid silver talisman which is sturdy and attractive. I need an sos alert as I have multiple allergies, ie: to antibiotics and food. I carry 2 epipens and live in 2 countries, here and Spain so it is essential the medics know about me. I feel safe now and should have bought a talisman years ago for peace of mind for my family.

I bought the SOS Talisman bracelet as I am Type 2 Diabetic. Its good to know that all your details are on hand if anything happens. The service from yourselves was excellent from start to finish. I also stay in Spain where you cannot buy anything like this with the paper insert for all your details. My consultant thinks its a great idea.

I recently bought the SOS Talisman bracelet after being diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes. I feel much safer knowing that the symbol is recognised universally & contains details of my condition, medication & contacts.

The bracelet is good value for money compared with other items available & is good quality. Delivery was fast & efficient & the items were well packaged.

The only negative points are that I feel the chain is rather heavy for a female & I find the catch very difficult to use, so end up putting it on & off without undoing it. Of course, on the positive side it means that it would never fall off due to failure of the fastening. The instructions for filling in the strip do not tie up with the strip.

I told my sister-in-law and she ordered one herself and had exactly the same sevice.Brilliant!

I bought three 'sos' Talisman medical bracelets to give to my sons two of which live in Tiapai in Tiawan. I am very concerned about their health needs in a country that does not provide free health care and many Drs and nurses do not speak any english. I felt the bracelet with vital medical information, plus home and family telephone numbers could one day be the difference between life and death. The third bracelet was for my older son who lives alone and who is just as likely to need medical help at some point in his life and if he was unconscious the details inside his talisman would be priceless. The price of the talisman are excellent, although, how can you put a price on health, the service was brilliant, next day delivery. Thank you

I had a stroke when I was 60. I also have an anaphylactic reaction to aspirin and NSAIDS.

The SOS Talisman bracelet gives me confidence that if anything happens to me my medical history, medications I take, next of kin & GP's addresses are stored in it.

It is an invaluable investment for me, and should be for everyone who has a allergy or an underlying medical condition.

I have used SOS talisman for many years.
I am pleased that SOS Talisman is recognised & find using the bracelets very reasuring. Having epilepsy means that medics may need to know info about me at a time when I can't tell them - this way, I am able to choose the info which medics have.

I would advise anyone concerned about communicating info to medics to at least consider a Talisman .. but of course, it is wise to let family & friends know.

I bought a stainless steel men's bracelet as I preferred the heavier style. I already have a necklace talisman but depending on what other jewellery I want to wear the necklace is not always convenient. It was my mum who suggested the bracelet which I now wear on the weekends and I wear the necklace to work as it is the only form of talisman we are permitted to wear. I have an allergy to penicillin and as I live on my own and away from my family I feel completely reassured that if I should have an accident not only would people treating me know about my allergy but also who to get hold of. I have had my necklace for a number of years, bought elsewhere but was very happy with the service when I recently purchased my bracelet from this site.

I chose my sos talisman after being diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. I then realised that I should have been wearing one for years, as I also have an allergy!

I chose this type because :

* It seemed so simple yet effective - information can easily be updated on the paper strips, and is immediately accessible to emergency/medical staff (without the delay of a phone call to a central office/register)

* It's comparitively cheap (one off payment for the talisman)but good quality

* There's a variety of styles. The watch type seems very versatile as it takes standard sized straps, thus replacement straps are easy to get.

I would encourage anyone with a health condition to wear this sort of sos talisman. Buying from this company was easy; their service was speedy and efficient, and the advice they offer suggests that they seem to understand their customers.

Hello, you requested feedback on my purchase of Ladies SOS Stainless Steel bracelet. It will serve the purpose of course. But I am disappointed the S/Steel looks so dull even in comparison to my SS watch strap. I chose SS as I couldn't afford the gold and I thought the siver would tarnish as I swim twice a week for hydrotherapy. I am pleased with it. I do find the strap very difficult to open. I am happy with the bracelet thank you. But as and if ever I am able to afford it I will buy the gold bracelet. My friend is going to buy the gold bracelet from you after she saw my bracelet. It is very useful and that is the main point of it. Thank you. Kind Regards, Irene Thurston

I purchased the SOS Talisman Medical Necklace for my husband after he lost his SOS Talisman bracelet, through no fault on the part of Medical-Bracelets.co.uk. As he was often taking the bracelet off, in order not to mark his guitar when playing it, we should have ordered the velcro canvas wristband.

Michael suffered 3 T.I.A.'s (mini strokes) over a period of 6 weeks last year, and, at first, was worried about going out on his own. The purchase of the bracelet certainly increased his confidence, and on losing it, he was again somewhat concerned. Since purchasing and wearing the necklace he feels far happier and safer again.

We would thoroughly recommend the sos talismans to anyone who suffers from any serious medical complaint, and being able to list your emergency contacts and doctor on the paper strip is an excellent idea.

What did you buy? Stainless steel Talisman + nylon watch strap (so that I can wear both watch and Talisman on my wrist).
Why, specifically did you buy it? 1) Because I use a blood thinning drug and Paramedics should be tald about this. 2) because I have signed a medical diective which includes 'DO NOT RESCUSITATE' and Paramsdics need to know this and who to contact.
How does it make you feel when you wearing it? That I am being responsible.
What would to say to others who are considering buying an SOS Talisman. Go ahead and do it. Even if you find that it is not for you it hasn't cost you very much.
Was it good value for money? Yes.
Was it good quality? Yes.
What was your opinion of the packaging and speed of delivery? First Class.
Would you recommend buying form our website to others? Yes, but the instructions/ suggestions for completing the strip should be enclosed with Talisman.

My daughter persuaded me to purchase a Talisman product. I am now 66 years old, and have thought to obtain a Talisman before, as I have been for a number of years at risk of heart complications due to earlier problems and daily have to take a cocktail of drugs. But as I have never favoured personal jewellery on myself, I just never got round to it.
Recently my wife was diagnosed with brain tumours of the worst type and I became her sole carer. Over time she becomes more disabled and is unable to deal with any unexpected situation.

I chose a necklace type Talisman as this seemed to me to be more discrete, and my one now contains details of all the drugs I take, along with instructions as to who to contact in the event that it becomes necessary.

I am now less self conscious about wearing the Talisman and feel more secure when I leave my home wearing it, that my wife's condition will be cared for.

I brought a bracelet which came very quickly through the post and was exactly what I had hoped it would be. As I have a heart problem requiring me to take several drugs and that I had been given an injection that if repeated within 10 years could prove fatal my wife suggested I bought a SOS bracelet. The idea was to ensure that should I be taken ill whilst awway from my home the medical staff would be aware of my medical problems and the drugs I require to take. Over the past few years I have had to change the paper inserts a number of times and had used the last one. After trying a number of chemists including th Boots shop I bought it from I found it impossible to buy new inserts. Boots and a number of the otheer retailers told me that they were no longer available and I would need to buy a new bracelet. 10 seconds on the internet found me your web site and 1minute later I had not only found them but purchased them with ease. the site is very user friendly and I have recommened this to a number of people who suffer with the same condition as myself. Anyone who has to take regular medication should wear an SOS Talisan as it could be a life saver. The replacement inserts arrived 48hrs afer my ordering them, a service that is very rare these days.

I have bought three talismans. One gold and two stainless. I kept one of the stainless and the gold which means whatever I'm wearing and where ever I go I am matched with my jewellery. I gave my mum the other stainless because her old one had "worn out"!
I have worn my bracelets abroad and have recieved very favourable comments from medical staff(especially in USA). I would reommend anyone who takes medication to wear a SOS, if only to give themselves peace of mind. My fear was being found unconcience and unable to let anyone know what my problem was and the level of medication taken on a daily basis.

I purchased a replacement back, rubber ring, info labels and a new change, all were up to your usual standard, for I have had one of your Talisman fore about 8 years! The last one has been the best one of all for the others I had to renew about every two years but this one I have had for about 4years. the replacements were to upgrade one of my fronts for my wife to use which she is now doing
which makes us both feel a bit moor safer as there is info at hand foe the professional in an emergency!
the only thing I wish to point out is the changes in stainless steel are too short for men 18" is OK for boys and small men bigger men need 24/28" and some bigger,
gold and silver my not suite every one down to medication one is on, so it be useful to get longer one's. sorry for lenthe this
hope it is OK.

We purchased the SOS talisman for our handicapped daughter. We choose the watchband type. She likes it bacause it looks like a watch. We like it because it's easy to keep her medical information and contact information up-to-date. The information strip stays dry even when swimming.

We first purchase a SOS talisman over 10 years ago when we saw it recommended by a local ER doctor. We have been very pleased with it. When we were ready to purchase a new one, we couldn't find the watchband type available from a US supplier. We were thrilled to find one available in the UK. Our order arrived in 2-3 business days!

I have had type 1 diabetes for 49years, and have owned SOS talisman bracelets for most of that time - purchased from local shops. I have quite a small wrist, and no-one has been able to shorten the bracelet. This means they have been uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. I am hoping that the lady's watchband type, which I have just purchased from yourselves, proves to be a better buy. I will certainly wear it all the time now.

I purchased a watch type bracelet for my husband as he recently had a severe reaction to a wasp bite and had to be rushed to hospital with anaphylactic shock. As he was taking heart pills at the time, the injection that the medical emergency team gave him, didn't work and it was only because I could tell them what medicines he was taking were they able to give him a second injection that saved his life.

I feel a lot more confident now that my husband has all the necessary information on him should a similar situation occur in the future when he is alone.

I think it's very good value for money and the quality is very good too. Delivery was also very quick. I would recommend an SOS Talisman to anyone who has the slightest medical concern.

Thank you for very prompt service and a great product. My father has vascular dementia and even though we go every where with him there have been ocassions where we have temporarily lost him. So having the talisman around his neck gives us peace of mind. We chose the snake and staff design as this is widely recognised by police and medical staff. We had tried Dementia Support cards in his pockets before, but he kept taking them out when we weren't looking, therefore having no "cover".He keeps the talisman on night and day so we no longer have to worry about that problem, at least one off the list!

My stainless steel ladies talisman arrived amazingly quickly. I am still in the process of gathering all the details for it but still feel safe waring it.

I am 39 years old, this year has been quite awful, I got diagnosed with SMZL, its a rare form of blood cancer. Its treatable but unfortunately not curable but you have to place hope in medical advances. Until then I place my hope in my bracelet, so if I get caught up in some kind of medical emergency people will know that my spleen has been removed, that I am on antibiotics for life, that my blood results are wierd for a reason. It might just give the professionals the extra time they need. It hasnt been intrusive to wear at all even at night and I feel safer. S.Eggleton.Bedfordshire

Hi I purchased the SOS Talisman Bracelet Ladies watchband type as I use morphine for chronic pain and other drugs and it was suggested to me to have some form of ID on me. I am 47 years old with a serious eye problem that causes vision loss and extreme pain.
After researching different types of ID items the Talisman was the best. I was very impressed with the service and packaging. The ordering procedure was very simple and direct.
I ordered from Australia as the Talisman bracelets here only have a nylon band which I cannot wear. The product itself is excellent the leather band does not cause me any problems likewise the container.
I now feel more comfortable and secure wearing some form of ID if something does happen. And since my medication does change I can easily insert a new strip with the updated information.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone. 100% for service, packaging and the bracelet.

I bought a sterling silver snake and staff necklace, as i use gloves alot at work i decided it was better to have a necklace to prevent loss of a bracelet. My husband agreed i should wear an sos talisman as i have food/ drug allergies, asthma ( which has worsened recently) hayfever, eczema, rhinitis and other information necessary to ensure i am treated correctly if taken ill at any time.
I feel much safer with the necklace on as i know all the info rescuers need is inside the talisman. The necklace is a nice size and great everyday jewellery , but it was a bit heavier than i thought it would be. but not overly so. The talisman is well made and well designed made and i like the replacement service the company provide. I looked at other talismans, one of which my dr's surgery was advertising . But they didn't seem as nice and were more flimsy and were at least 3 or 4 times the price, also they didn't have the notes part inside the talisman. I'm glad i bought this product and would recommend it to others enquire.

I was given the stainless steel pendant with Snake & Staff by my partner as i suffer from a neurological condition called cluster headaches which can see me go from standing and talking normally to rolling around on the floor in immense pain within minutes.
This very often results in an ambulance being called and me being taken to hospital but thanks to my SOS pendant they can now understand what is wrong with me and not have to needlesly take me to hospital and waste NHS resources.

The hardest thing to do was to decide which style to buy as the transaction was easy and painless and the quality is superb.
I have already shown it to all of my family and most of my friends and i am certain that several of them will be buying one soon.

Thank you.

I tried to purchase a bracelet when I was last in UK but needless to say it wasn't possible and the chemist's didn't seem to know what I was talking about. When I returned home to France my friend said that she had just sent for one via the internet, I am now pleased that I have recieved mine. It was for my husband who has had a stroke and I now feel more settled that all his details of his medications are in that small bracelet so if he was taken ill again someone could help him quickly. My husband is not one for any sort of jewellery but is very happy to wear the talisman, thank you.

I bought the Talisman necklace with the Saint Christoper on one side. I thought the whole package was very good although the catch for the chain has turned black and tarnished which says to me that this is a cheap option. I just hope the actual pendant does not tarnish.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to send you this feedback.

Regards,
Mike.

I purchased the stainless steel necklace for my elderly mother who is getting frail and whose memory is not so good. Now I can be sure that she always has all the necessary contact and medical details on her.

However I was disappointed that the chain is to short to go over her head. Her hands are too arthritic to be able to manage the catch. Longer chains are available only in expensive silver. I have found a suitable alternative elsewhere.
