l have had SOS Talisman’s for nearly 30 years which l wear every day. I work as a nurse and at work l wear a SOS on a necklace and the rest of the time l have an SOS on my watch band. i need to order parts occassionally and used to have to get the chemist to order them for me, but now that l know l can order for myself l will continue doing so.
It was quick and easy and l was very impressed at how quickly the order arrived. lt came from the Uk to Australia within two weeks. l think it was less than that actually and there were no hassles.
l will certainly use the service again amd recommend it to others who need them.

This is my second one, the first one got lost. I also have a bracelet. They are the best ever, they clasps on the bracelets are great, in the 3 years I have had it I have only had one front come off and get lost. The necklace was lost because I left it in my Granddaughters glasses case. I recommend them both to all I know who needs them. I am a very happy owner. I just wish you had not changed the plastic circles that go on the windows, as the old ones showed up so well. Your spares are great and easy to order. I also liked the old style box better than the packets the new ones came in. As the boxes gave a very safe place to keep them when you do not have them on. Thank you Wendy

the info pamphlets for the ID bracelet

They were in Spanish. They are usable but a little disappointing. I gave them to my niece and that is what she told me. I did not look at them when I received them. She bought the original bracelet from qvc and it only came with one info pamphlet. Very happy with the bracelet. It is wonderful and nice looking. Thanks for asking.
