Hi Sue. I was extremely pleased with the bracelet and the quality of the product and service was excellent. I now have peace of mind when i am out should i happen to be taken ill or have an accident. This was my first time purchasing off a website and found yours very user friendly with the videos showing how the bracelet works. The link on how to fill in the paper information strip was very helpful to me. I also like the fact that i can purchase replacement strips and parts if and when needed.
