SOS Bracelet

I ordered the bracelet as an insulin dependant diabetic just before going on holiday. I was disappointed when away to realise that the bracelet wasn’t watertight and each day I was having to dry out my contact and treatment notes. Because the cap was screwed on and off so many times because of this ultimately I lost the cap. However, on my return from holiday I contacted SOS who, within 24 hours, had sent me a replacement cap which is watertight, so I am now a very satisfied customer!
